Adding a Cheat Sheet

I've added a Cheat Sheet to the download - a compact 2-page summary of Plot Armor rules and some tables you as the Referee may want to keep at hand at the table and not have to flick through the rule book. 

It is also a compact reference you can hand out to Players if they are curious about reading up on what you'll be playing tonight!
